1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your use of the website and services provided by Praxis Web Solutions (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including website designing, development, SEO, digital marketing, and related services.

2. Services

Praxis Web Solutions provides digital services, including but not limited to:

  • Website Design & Development

  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

  • Social Media Marketing (SMM)

  • Pay-Per-Click (PPC) Advertising

  • Content Creation

  • Hosting & Maintenance Support

We reserve the right to change, modify, or discontinue any services at any time without prior notice.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients must:

  • Provide accurate and complete information required for the project.

  • Approve designs, content, and deliverables in a timely manner.

  • Make payments as per agreed terms.

Delays in client input may affect delivery timelines.

4. Payment Terms

  • All payments must be made as per the quotation or invoice.

  • A minimum advance of 50% is required to initiate any project.

  • For certain projects, full payment must be made in advance.

  • Remaining dues must be paid before the final delivery.

  • Payments are non-refundable once the service has commenced.

  • Our basic price starts from 15000/- and upto 100000/- or more based on client’s requirements.

Late payments may incur additional charges.

5. Intellectual Property

  • Upon full payment, the client will own the final deliverables (e.g., website, graphics, content), unless otherwise stated.

  • Praxis Web Solutions retains the right to showcase the work in our portfolio.

All pre-existing intellectual property (including templates, scripts, tools) remains the property of Praxis Web Solutions.

6. Confidentiality

We respect the confidentiality of client information and agree not to disclose any proprietary data to third parties without prior consent, except as required by law.

7. Limitation of Liability

Praxis Web Solutions shall not be liable for:

  • Any direct, indirect, or consequential loss arising from use or inability to use the services.

  • Delays or failures caused by third-party providers, hosting servers, or internet connectivity.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate a project by providing written notice. In such cases:

  • The client must pay for all completed work and incurred costs.

  • Praxis Web Solutions may retain partial work until outstanding payments are settled.

9. Revisions and Support

  • Limited rounds of revisions are included as per the project agreement.

  • Post-delivery support (e.g., minor edits, bug fixes) is available for a specified period, after which maintenance plans can be purchased separately.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of West Bengal, India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Kolkata, West Bengal.
